Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 6 slices Nueske's Smoked Bacon, diced small
  • 10 large fresh mushrooms
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 C sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (optional)


Fry bacon in large skillet. Remove bacon and set aside. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Mix the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese (and garlic, if desired). Fill each mushroom cap. Place on baking sheet or shallow pan and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Great Party App


Awesome recipe that is fast and easy. We like to add a diced grilled jalepeno or some chipolte seasoning for some added zip.

Huge Hit with Everyone!


These stuffed mushrooms are so easy to make and they are always a huge hit when we make them. I didn't have bacon one time so I used corned beef and it was a big hit also. Will be making them again this holiday season for sure!!
