Smoked Ham Meatloaf Recipe

Total Time: 80 Min
Serves: Serves 6-8.


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground Nueske's Smoked Ham
  • 3/4 C. finely crushed Townhouse crackers
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dijon Mustard Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 8 Tbsp. sour cream


Combine all the remaining ingredients in large bowl. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Form into loaf in pan and bake 1 hour at 350°, or form into mini loaves and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.  Garnish with parsley sprigs. Blend sour cream and mustard together until smooth and serve with Dijon mustard sauce.

It's a Keeper!!


This was a delicious twist on my mom's old fashioned ham loaf. Hers used a red (tomato) glaze where this uses mustard. I didn't have Dijon mustard so I used Honey Mustard and I think that's what made it GREAT! Give Honey Mustard a try! Thanks for the recipe!! It's a keeper!
