Ham and Cheese Wontons

  • 1 pkg wonton wrappers
  • 1 1/ 2 C Nueske's Smoked Ham, diced 1/4 inch
  • 1/2 C medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 C green pepper, diced 1/4 inch
  • 1/4 C red bell pepper, diced 1/4 inch
  • 1 Tbsp green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/4 C Ranch salad dressing


Lightly press wrapper into bottom and sides of greased miniature muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes at 350° or until lightly browned. In separate bowl, mix ham, cheese, peppers, onions and salad dressing. Spoon 1 Tbsp of filling into each wonton cup. Bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes
