Serves: Serves 6-8


  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. Nueske's Mettwurst, ground or chopped in blender
  • 1/2 C. red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 C. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 C. spicy V-8 juice
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Form mixture into loaf and place in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
