Line 10 muffin cups with phyllo sheets. Beat eggs with cream and set aside. Fry bacon to medium crisp. Add green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to bacon. Saute for 3 minutes over medium low heat. Add bacon mixture to eggs and fill phyllo cups. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Variation: May use 1 cup diced Nueske's smoked ham in place of the bacon
