Cut pineapple in half lengthwise, including the crown (green top). Hollow out the center of the pineapple. Set aside to fill later. Carefully remove the center core reserving the sweet outer portion to be cut into 1 inch chunks. In separate bowl mix the ham, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, kiwi and strawberry glaze until coated. Immediately before serving, scoop mixture into pineapple "boat" halves.
Optional: Add kiwi wedges and strawberries to top for garnish.
