Smoked Beef and Roasted Red Pepper Quesadillas

When it comes to our Applewood Smoked Beef a little goes a long way to deliver deep smoky flavor. You’ll be amazed at how just a few slices turn this recipe into something truly memorable.

  • 6 flour tortillas (8 in.)
  • 4 oz. Nueske's Smoked Beef, shredded
  • 1C. Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter (divided)


On three of the tortillas arrange the dried beef, cheese and roasted red peppers. Cover with remaining tortillas. Heat 1 T. butter in large skillet. Place one set of the prepared tortillas in skillet at a time. When golden brown on one side carefully flip over with large metal spatula to brown other side. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve hot. Cut into wedges for appetizer or halved for a meal. Serves 4-6
