Smoked Beef with Kluska Noodles and Mushrooms

When it comes to our Applewood Smoked Beef a little goes a long way to deliver deep smoky flavor. You’ll be amazed at how just a few slices turn this recipe into something truly memorable.

  • 4 oz Kluska noodles
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1-2 slices bread, toasted
  • 3/4 C. shredded sharp cheese, divided
  • 1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 C. milk
  • 8 oz. Nueske's Smoked Beef, torn in pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp butter


Cook noodles for 10 minutes without salt. Blend soup and milk until smooth. Add mustard, half of the cheese, smoked beef, mushrooms and cooked noodles. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread butter on toast and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle over casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
