Cook the potatoes until just tender. Cut in bite size wedges (leaving skins on, if desired) and set aside. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, dressing, smoked turkey, parsley, cheese and melted butter. Place potatoes in greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and toss gently. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Combine cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle cornflake mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
