Our famous Canadian Bacon is made from specially selected hogs, which produce Canadian bacon so lean there’s virtually little fat or waste. Our skilled butchers carefully hand trim the loins, then move them to our smokehouses where they’re slowly smoked over smoldering embers of sweet Applewood. Our Canadian Bacon will arrive fully cooked and can be gently warmed as an entrée or sliced thin for the absolute best Eggs Benedict. Hands down.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
To Serve: Smoked Canadian bacon is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Skillet: Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Warm Canadian bacon over LOW heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
