We make our famous Canadian Bacon from specially selected hogs, which results in bacon so lean there's virtually no fat or waste. Skilled meat-cutters carefully hand trim the loins, then move them to our smokehouses where they're slowly smoked over smoldering embers of sweet Applewood. Fully cooked... may be gently warmed for a great meal entrée or sliced thin for the best Eggs Benedict you and your guests have ever tasted! Sliced in convenient 5 oz. packs; unsliced in 1 1/2 lb. packs.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in refrigerator, or 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked Canadian bacon is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Skillet: Melt 1 tbsp. butter, or add oil. Warm Canadian bacon over LOW heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
