My Brother gave us some of this fabulous Canadian bacon for Christmas. I have to tell you that I really hated Canadian bacon until I tried yours. There is absolutely no waste and the flavor is unbelievable. It makes the best bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich in the world and it isn't as salty as the regular stuff you get in the grocery store. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

Your statement that there is virtually no fat or waste is not exactly true. My very first pack contained 10 slices and each had 1/3 fat, that's not very good to me.

I feel that the pricing is a little too high and I would buy it more if it went down.

This is way too smoky to eat. We didn't care for it at all. The smoke over rides the taste of the meat. Sorry, i bought it.

We have ordered Nueske's Canadian Bacon for several years now to have around during the holidays. It is the best - no gristle, very little waste and wonderful flavor! The entire family loves it and asks for it all year 'round.

Was looking forward to some real old fashioned Canadian Bacon. Ordered 1.5 lb unsliced. The product is much too salty. Very disappointed! Will not buy again.

Packaging difficult to open, worth the effort for the quality and taste

I received my first order of sliced Canadian bacon today and I must say I'm very impressed. It's completely lean and the smoky taste isn't overpowering, but just right. I had it tonight with eggs, but can't wait to try it in homemade split pea soup. I will definitely be ordering this product again. Thanks, Nueske's!

Our bacon arrived cold with ice packs still fully frozen. This bacon is the very best ever.

Somehow Nueske's sent me their catalog. Low fat dieters look for lean meats and I tried the Smoked Canadian Bacon to my delight. Panini sandwiches, cubed on salads, iron skillet omelets - YUM! Thanks, Nueske's!
