The Nueske Bacon appetizer at the Chicago Cut Steakhouse is amazing! I will never forget it and will detour to Chicago if at all possible only to taste it again. There, they cut it in large cubes, about two inches square, brown it on all sides for a minute or two and serve it with a Maple Syrup and Whiskey sauce! Meaty, salty,fatty, sweet, O my Go-, unbelievably good. But it's the Nueske bacon that makes it possible!
