Gorgonzola Beef Crostini

  • 4 oz Smoked Beef Slices
  • 20 Slices French Bread
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1 Gorganzola Wedge
  • Gorganzola Cream Cheese
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Microgreens


  1. Spread butter on crostini and bake for 5 minutes to warm.
  2. Spread gorgonzola cream cheese on crostini.
  3. Roll smoked beef into cylindrical shape and place on top of crostini. Garnish with small chunk of bleu cheese crumble, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with microgreens.
