Pork Belly Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread

Ingredients
- 12 oz Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 1 Package Corn Bread Mix
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Jalepeños
- 2 oz Green Onions
Method
- Mix cornbread contents and add 1 cup shredded cheddar. Remove seeds from jalapeños & dice-add to cornbread mix.
- Bake cornbread in the oven at the same time as the bacon. Immediately after removing bacon from oven, sprinkle brown sugar on top of all slices.
- Cut cornbread into bite size pieces and skewer 1/2 pieces of candied bacon on top. Garnish with thinly sliced chives.
