Ingredients
- 3 Cups Nueske's Kielbasa
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pkg (8 oz) au gratin potatoes (Do not use milk and butter that is called for on the pkg.)
- 2 1/2 Cups water
- 1 pkg frozen California Blend vegetables
- 2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- In large saucepan fry sausage in oil until lightly browned.
- Add au gratin potatoes, sauce mix and water.
- Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are starting to get tender stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetables. Cover and simmer for an additional 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover so that cheese melts.
- Serve hot. Serves 6-8
