Thick-cut, bone-in chops with bold, smoky flavor in every bite. These aren’t just pork chops, they’re exceptional. Each chop is nearly 3/4" thick, bone-in, and trimmed to remove excess fat. Patiently smoked for hours in our Wittenberg smokehouse over fragrant Applewood, each bite delivers our signature sweet, smoky Nueske’s flavor. Fully cooked and ready to heat, they’re delicious on the grill, under the broiler, or seared in a skillet. Once you’ve had one, no other chop quite measures up. (2 chops, 1 lb. per pack)

To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
 
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve
 
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from the heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
 
Skillet Cook Chops: Melt 1 Tablespoon butter or oil in skillet. Warm over Medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
 
To Warm Whole Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place loin in roasting pan; add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and place on oven rack. Heat approxi­mately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
