Each of our huge, nearly 3⁄4" thick, bone-in chops are hand-trimmed to eliminate excess fat and carefully cured with a Nueske's tradition, and smoked over Applewood, delivering our sweet, smoky signature Nueske's flavor. This is arguably the most delicious pork chop you’ll ever taste. How could it not be after patiently smoking for hours in our Wittenberg smokehouse? Our chops arrive fully cooked and ready to heat on your outdoor grill, under your broiler or in a skillet. (2 chops, 1 lb. per pack).

To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from the heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cook Chops: Melt 1 Tablespoon butter or oil in skillet. Warm over Medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
To Warm Whole Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place loin in roasting pan; add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and place on oven rack. Heat approxi­mately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
