Our famous Canadian bacon is loin-cut and hand trimmed so lean, there's little fat. Slowly smoked over smoldering embers of sweet Applewood, it arrives fully cooked only needing to be gently warmed.
Serve it as an entree unto itself or sliced thin with a dollop of hollandaise for the best eggs benedict you've ever had - hands down!
Sliced in convenient 5 oz. packs; unsliced in 1.5 lb.
To Store: Refrigerate immeÂdiately.
To Serve: Smoked Canadian bacon is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Skillet: Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Warm Canadian bacon over LOW heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
