Carefully deboned and slowly smoked over glowing Applewood embers to create our unforgettable Nueske’s flavor! Available in two sizes – for a family or larger gathering. These Boneless Turkey Breasts arrive fully cooked and can be served warm or room temperature.

To Store: Refrigerate immediately if you plan to use within 5 weeks. To serve at a later date, place in freezer immediately upon receipt.

To Serve: Smoked poultry is cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. Remove any netting before heating or slicing. Meat will appear pink (due to smoking).  

Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm preheat oven to 275 °F. Place poultry in roasting pan, add 1/4 cup water, cover tightly with foil and place on oven rack. Warm approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temp of 120°F. Do not overheat.
