Smoked Whole Turkey
Behold, the perfect centerpiece to any dinner table: Nueske’s smoked-to-perfection Whole Turkey.
We hand-select plump turkeys and smoke them over glowing embers of sweet Applewood. Fully cooked and ready to eat.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
To Serve: Smoked poultry is cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. Remove any netting before heating or slicing. Meat will appear pink (due to smoking).
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm preheat oven to 325 °F. Place poultry in roasting pan, add 1/4 cup water, cover tightly with foil and place on oven rack. warm approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temp of 120°F. Do not overheat.
