Excellent

A little skeptical based on one review….but got the bone-in anyway…..these are excellent dressed up the way you want them. Put a dry rub or your favorite BBQ sauce or combination and it really makes these pop. They are already cooked which mean a quick gas grill or charcoal/wood enhancement makes these quickly available for an appetizer. Don’t keep them on the grill too long…you don’t want to dry them out. Other than that….these are a home run!!

Smoked Pig Wings

The instructions mention smoking these, so I lightly sprinkled them with my favorite BBQ pork rub and put them in my (preheated) smoker at 225F with a couple of small peach wood chunks. Smoked them for about 1 hour and the internal temp was 155F. Pulled them off to a hot platter and served. They were juicy, tender, and just smoky enough. Meat typically will not absorb smoke once it is cooked past 140F (these are fully cooked), so I didn't expect much but surface smoke flavor, which is what I got, and it was perfect. I'll be reordering to feed a crowd this summer.
