Spiral Sliced Peppered Ham
The combination of moist, Applewood-smoked ham and freshly cracked black pepper creates an incredible flavor combination you won’t soon forget.
Our Spiral Sliced Peppered Ham is coated, by-hand, with fresh-cracked peppercorns then patiently smoked over smoldering Applewood embers. Finally, we spiral slice this half ham down to the bone for serving ease and convenience. Not a water-added product. (6 lbs.)
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. If you plan to serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt.
To Serve: Smoked ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. If netting is present, remove before heating or slicing.
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 325°F. Add ham and ¼ cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover and heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not over heat.
