Winners never quit and quitters never win. So, we added jalapeño to our Bacon Cheddar Brats and no surprises here – we were named Best New Product by the prestigious Specialty Food Association and won the Hold the Mustard award at the Gourmet Sausagefest.

You really have to try these brats to appreciate their rich, multi-layered flavor…enhanced by select spices, slow smoking over glowing Applewood embers and tender natural casings.  Fully cooked, ready to heat and serve. In 1 lb. vacuum-sealed packages, approximately 5 links per pound.

To Store: Refrigerate immediately.

To Serve: Fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.

Grill: Place links on grill 7-9 inches above heat source. Use LOW heat to avoid split casings. Heat 10-12 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.

Skillet: Add ¼ cup water to the bottom of the skillet and add the sausages to the pan. Cover and simmer over LOW heat for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning often with tongs.
